Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store card details.

5. Orders
Once an order is placed:
You will receive an order confirmation email
Acceptance of your order occurs when your item is dispatched
We reserve the right to cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues or pricing errors), in which case you will receive a full refund

6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs
Risk passes to you once the order is delivered

7. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your item.
Exceptions may apply to:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Custom or personalised jewellery
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty items.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos where possible
